Today’s animation is a cross from atop a grave marker scanned at Hollywood Cemetery, Richmond, Virginia, on February 10, 2014 by Lauren Volkers and Allen Huber.  The grave marker was for Carrie Patteson, daughter of Thomas and Georgina Patteson, who died at the age of 5.  A Sense 3D scanner was used to scan the cross and a printed version was created the same day with a MakerBot Replicator 2.
